Improvements for 2025

Description

Participants were asked for any comments, ideas or suggestions that could help us improve this programme for the next cohort, the Class of 2025.

Participants recommended a reshuffling of the day 1 and day 2 topics to balance emotive, passionate themes with task-oriented, structural content. Adding more opportunities for debate and disagreement was another point raised.

While the programme’s intensity was appreciated, some found it too condensed, suggesting it be spread over three days to allow better digestion of the material, though acknowledging logistical challenges.

Participants valued peer contributions and appreciated the blend of professor-led and peer-led sessions. To better tailor content, a pre-programme survey could assess participant needs.

Long sessions could benefit from shorter, interactive group discussions in smaller settings to maintain energy. Retailer presentations were well-received but could be improved with slides for clarity and accessibility, particularly for international participants.

Finally, a dedicated session for next steps and actionable planning was deemed to be helpful for future iterations.
